Kristi Nevels, LMT
Kristi graduated from the Lexington Healing Arts Academy, in Lexington, KY in 2005 and has been a practicing Licensed Massage Therapist ever since. She graduated with 600 credit hours and an additional 108 hours of clinical experience. She is nationally certified and is an active member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP).
Kristi has completed over 300 hours in additional professional therapeutic massage training and has a passion for helping people restore comfort and function to every day life. With an emphasis in overall health and well-being, Kristi specializes in Therapeutic, Clinical Massage and Myofascial Release Therapy. She has vast experience in treating car accident victims and those that suffer from fibromyalgia, arthritis, frozen shoulder, TMJ, migraines and chronic pain.
Additionally, Kristi has earned professional certification in Lomi-Lomi massasge, Medical massage and Myofascial Release Therapy and cupping.
Massage is an excellent natural remedy for treating stress, anxiety, lowering blood pressure and achieving whole body balance. Warm stones, heated neck and eye pillow and aromatherapy oil and cupping are offered to clients in every treatment, at no additional cost, in an effort to help reduce stress and find an oasis of relaxation.
Kristi loves what she does and found her calling in helping people heal and live pain-free lives. She has a strong desire to continue to learn and find ways and techniques that will perfect her massage practice and help her clients.
When not massaging, Kristi attends therapeutic massage workshops all over the country and enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
